Our Services

At Alpenglow Homecare, we understand how deeply personalized and compassionate care affects a person and their family. We're focused on giving families the opportunity to have their loved ones cared for without worry.

Our services are designed for people who need help but want to maintain their independence.

Home care is for anyone who needs help with health care or daily activities but wants to stay in their own home.

It's about providing care that's tailored to each person, helping them feel supported while keeping their dignity. It's a way to improve quality of life, offering care in a familiar setting.

Who We Serve

Our services are designed for all kinds of diverse needs, allowing for accessible and convenient care.

We assist people in situations such as:

  • Older adults who prefer to stay in their homes, surrounded by familiar sights and loved ones.
  • Those recovering from surgery or illness, needing assistance to regain their autonomy.
  • People with chronic conditions or disabilities who require continuous help with daily tasks and medical needs.

Family Member as Caregiver

We value the crucial role family plays in caregiving. That's why we empower family members to become qualified caregivers through the SD-CFC/PAS Program.

Becoming a compensated caregiver for your loved one can be a rewarding experience, allowing you to provide familiar and compassionate care while also receiving financial security.

We create personalized care plans for your loved one in consultation with the State nurse assigned to your case. The plan of care will include all health and daily living requirements so you feel more capable of caring for your loved one.

Develop Plan of Care

At Alpenglow Homecare, we focus on building a Plan of Care that works for you and your loved one instead of using a one-size-fits-all solution. We specialize in creating personalized Plans of Care that leverage Medicaid benefits to provide the comprehensive support your loved one needs to thrive at home.

All care plans are created in consultation with the State nurse. Our team understands the unique challenges of caring for medically fragile patients. At Alpenglow Homecare, we specialize in creating personalized plans of care that meet your loved one's needs.

We also help you optimize benefits under the Self-Direct-Community First Choice/Personal Assistance Services (SD-CFC/PAS) programs for those with full coverage under Montana Medicaid. We understand the complexities of navigating these programs, and our experienced team can guide you every step of the way.

Medicaid & SD-CFC/PAS Program

At Alpenglow Homecare, we understand the challenges of caring for a medically fragile loved one. The rising costs of in-home care can add to the stress, but Montana's Self-Directed Community First Choice (SD-CFC) / Personal Assistance Services (PAS) can help.

This program, funded by Medicaid, allows for valuable in-home support for people who may need institutional care, such as help with acts of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, or eating. If you have a family member who may have a medical condition that needs institutional care, this program may be beneficial for your family.

The program allows for your medically infirm family members to remain in their own homes, avoiding the need for institutional care facilities. As a caregiver, the SD-CFC/PAS Program can be a valuable resource for you.

Alpenglow Homecare will be your partner in this journey, helping you work out the complexities of both Medicaid and the SD-CFC/PAS program.
